We turn parts in diameters from 0.5 to 20mm of stainless steels, diverse carbon and alloy steels, brass, copper, bronze, beryllium bronze, and aluminium alloys.
We are specialized in turning of bar stock.
Our automatic lathes can keep precision of parts up to +/- 0.01 mm.
Series volumes starts from tens of thousands up to millions of parts a year, but we also provide sample quantities to test a product function at our customers before the series production is launched.
We supply even assembies of our products combined with purchased components.
Our products are usually machined on the both ends, and may have milled flats and grooves, cross holes, off-set holes, internal and external threads, rolled surface, and many other features.
The majority of our parts goes to the automotive industry, so we act according to ISO/TS 16949.
